I did a post just over a year ago about the products that I always repurchase but that little collection has grown quite a lot now, and changed a little too so I thought I’d update you all on my 5 more of my all time holygrails that I never fail to repurchase.
L’Oreal Infallible Total Cover // I remember how much hype was around this foundation when it was first released and I remember needing to try it, I also remember falling in love with it instantly. I have always gone for really high coverage bases and I have always struggled to find one that gives me 100% coverage without a huge price tag. I was literally in shock the first time I used this, I still can’t believe the coverage that it gives you, like it’s 100% seriously. It’s not heavy feeling, it’s not uncomfortable, it’s just perfect. I know I will be repurchasing this for a very long time.
Younique Touch Mineral Pressed Powder // I started using this powder about a year ago, maybe a bit longer, because I was looking for a powder that also give me cover without me having to pile it on and I was told that the Younique Pressed Powder Foundation is perfect to use as a setting powder with added coverage so I gave it a try and I loved it. It can be a bit cakey if you’re not careful since it is a primarily a foundation, but if you use it lightly just to set, it works amazing and looks flawless. It has got a bigger price tag than the other powders that I use, but it’s perfect for when I’m in need of a fuller coverage powder and I can’t stop buying it.
Maybelline Master Contour Duo Stick // Although I’ve been trying out quite a lot of different contour products recently, I will always love my beloved Contour Duo Stick, I’ve repurchased it 3 times since it was released and I will always repurchase when I’m running a bit low just to make sure that I’m never left without it. I’ve talked about it so many times on here so you probably all already know how obsessed I am with it. It’s one of the easiest contours to apply and it’s the perfect colour for me too, I love how softly it blends out so it looks really natural and the highlight is a beautiful subtle colour too.
Avon Glimmer-stick Eyeliner // I hardly ever wear eyeliner anymore, I used to wear it every single day but now it’s only on the odd occasion, I have stuck to the same eyeliner for years though, the same as my sister and the same as my mum. Whenever I do get near to running out I always have a backup ready. I’ve only ever tried a few other eyeliners and none have compared so I’ve always stuck to the same one. I’ve never had a problem with it either, it’s lasted all day, it’s not smudged and it’s not faded. It’s the perfect mix between pencil and liquid and it feels gorgeous on.
Younique Skin Perfecting Concealer // I have quite a few concealers that I always repurchase but one that I really want to mention is the Younique one. Younique gets quite a lot of bad rep due to some of the presenters being a bit pushy and ‘fake’ videos going about, but I can honestly tell you that this concealer is amazing. If you’re struggling with dark under eyes or scarring then you need to give this concealer a try. It really does cover everything, but it is quite heavy, I guess that’s to be expected with the amount of coverage you can get. The main reason that I use this concealer is for under my eyes, because it’s got unbelievable coverage and available in such light shades you can really use it to brighten up those dark circles and you only need the tiniest amount too. I’ve been using it about 3 years and I’ve only had to repurchase it twice.
