I have been wanting to write this post for what feels like forever now and now that I’m finally able to do it, I’m a bit lost for words. When I first started blogging and fell into the world of printables on Etsy I knew I wanted to one day start selling my own but I didn’t for one second think that I’d be sat here right now writing this post, but here I am and I’m very excited to finally share Jessica Jade Designs with you.
My main reason for starting Jessica Jade Designs was through my own blog planning experience. I love to plan, I’m quite organised when it comes to my blog, but I was finding it quite a stressful process because I just couldn’t find the right way to do it. That was until I received my first blog planner from the lovely Claudia & I’ve got to say a huge thank you to her first off because it was her planners that boosted my motivation in the first place. Claudia’s planners helped me so much, but I was still planning out some things in my notebook because I just couldn’t find any other way to do it, so I decided to create my first ever planner template and use that, then I made another and so on. I made them simple at first of course, but I realised that maybe someone else can benefit from these too so I decided to design them a bit prettier and open my own Etsy shop to sell all the designs that I was creating. As each design was created, I came up with so many more and I can’t wait to share them all with you. For now though, I have 3 designs for sale on Etsy and I thought I’d just go through each of them with you.
THE SIMPLE BLOG POST PLANNER
The first design I came up with was one to simply keep track of where you are with your blog posts. I know how confusing it can be when you have loads of posts planned but no idea where you are with each one so I created a check list. You can write each post title down and check each box as you go. There’s a box for each stage – drafted, written, proofread, photo’s and published so you won’t have to go and check where you are with each one over and over again I hope I’m not the only one that used to do that. You’ll also know what photo’s you need to take too, so you can get them all done in one go and not miss any. THE DETAILED BLOG POST PLANNER
To go along with the Simple Blog Post Planner, I thought I’d include a more detailed one too. This way you can keep track of all your posts in one glance as well as keep track of each element of each post. I’ve crammed quite a bit into the Detailed Blog Post Planner including the important information for each post like, the title, schedule date, category and the tags you want to include. There’s a section to keep track of your photo’s for that blog post, a post summary area and a little section for a few notes. I’ve then created a checklist, I noticed I often missed important things and I ended up rushing back to add them in, so I started doing my own checklist in my note book and the main things I used, I’ve added to this planner for you. And then there’s a area at the bottom for important information, which usually depends on the post that you’re writing and an area to keep tick off which social medias you’ve shared on. There’s even a little space in the corner for you to track your stats on that post so you can refer back to it. THE WEEKLY BLOG POST PLANNER
I have something very exciting to share with you soon if you stick to a blogging schedule, but for now, here’s one for everyone. The Weekly Blog Post Planner is created for every blogger, whether you post once a week or everyday, you’ll be able to use this planner to keep track of everything. You have the week view in front of you in boxes with space to add the date if you wish, a list area for you to write all your upcoming posts for the week and a checklist for when you’ve shared them on your social medias. There’s also a little to-do list box and a notes section in case you need to jot anything down. If you think the Weekly Blog Post Planner is perfect for you, you can get yours now!
