    I love this. I’ve written about it before, myself, but I always love posts like this. It’s a great reminder to relax and unwind. Plus I love to see everyone’s favorite ways to do it. I love a steamy bath and also to plan – when I feel overly stressed I grab my planner to help pull my thoughts together. Plus if I write it down, I can clear it out of my head.

    Absolutely loved this post.

    I am completely guilty of never getting off my phone, which means I never really switch off, whether it’s work, blogging or social. I really need to set some time where I am just un-contactable for a bit as we become so reliant on our phones.
